Autumn Equinox Soap

The Autumn Equinox is when day and night are the same length. It signifies that we are now heading into Fall and our days will start to shorten. I view this as a sign to start turning inward and allow myself to slow down and enter a period of reflection. This soap is inspired by that reflection period, where we can just sit down, take in our surroundings, and BREATHE for a moment. I wanted this soap to be a breathe of fresh autumn air. Scented in a fresh, herbal blend of Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Cedarwood essential oils. 

Ingredients: 

Olive Oil, *Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Castor Oil, Shea Butter, Distilled Water, Lye, White Kaolin Clay, *Alkanet Root powder, *Madder Root powder, Essential oil blend of Rosemary, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cedarwood, Topped with a variety of dried organic herbs.

Soap Care: 

Here are some tips to leave your soap lasting longer. 

- Do not leave your bar soap in direct line of water. 

- Leave your soap on a dish/ soap saver to allow drainage in between uses. 

- Feel free to cut your soaps in half to change out scents faster or to travel with.

- Use a natural loofah/ washcloth to get an extra sudsy experience!

- The shelf life of the soap is 1 year. Due to the nature of pure essential oils, I recommend using your soap within 3-4 months to get the benefits of the essential oils. 

-If not using right away, store your soap in a dark, dry place.
