Nourishing organic coconut + olive oils that will actually penetrate below the skin to moisturize instead of just sit on top of the skin like store bought lotions do. 

Hydrating Sweet Almond Oil that allows the lotion to sink into the skin without feeling heavy or greasy. 

Pure essential oil blend of Lemon, Lemongrass, Sweet Orange, and Palmarosa. Citrusy and sweet! 

Comes packaged in a aluminum tin, reusable amber glass jar. Either 4 oz (regular) or 8 oz (large)  

Ingredients: 

*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, *Coconut Oil, Pure Beeswax, Sweet Almond Oil, Emulsifying Wax (Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 60), Vitamin E (derived from wheat germ), Linatural Preservative (Propanediol (and) ethylhexyl glycerin (and) potassium sorbate), Essential oil blend of Lemon, Lemongrass, Sweet Orange, Palmarosa. 

Let's talk about preservatives- they get a bad wrap. But in reality, we need them. They protect our products from going bad, and there are some pretty great natural preservatives out there. Linatural is a paraben-free preservative, meaning it will not release formaldehyde into a finished product like most paraben-based preservatives will. I think it highly important to learn about the different components in the products that we put on our skin. When I first started creating my own products, I had no clue what most of these words meant and just thought that any word I couldn't pronounce was inherently bad for me, but that is simply not the case. So, let's break it down: 

Linatural is a broad-spectrum preservative that is comprised of 3 components: 

Propanediol: Clear, Viscous liquid that is naturally derived from non-GMO corn. 

Ethylhexyl glycerin: Derived from glycerin. Acts as a preservative and as a skin conditioner

Potassium Sorbate: this is the potassium salt of sorbic acid, it is widely used in certified organic foods and products to inhibit the growth of mold.
